Grass-fed Lamb Recipe

Leg of Lamb Marinade

Ingredients:Leg of Lamb

1/4 - 1/3 cup olive oil
2 - 3 tablespoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon thyme — 1 teaspoon if fresh
1/3 teaspoon ground ginger — 1 teaspoon if fresh
4 minced garlic cloves
A pinch or two of cinnamon
Pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix olive oil, mustard, oregano, thyme, ginger, minced garlic, cinnamon, and black pepper together and rub over lamb.
  2. Let set until ready to use. Meat should be room temp before cooking.
  3. Cook as your like. Bake, Broil, Grill, etc.
