Leg of Lamb Marinade
1/4 - 1/3 cup olive oil
2 - 3 tablespoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon thyme — 1 teaspoon if fresh
1/3 teaspoon ground ginger — 1 teaspoon if fresh
4 minced garlic cloves
A pinch or two of cinnamon
Pepper to taste
- Mix olive oil, mustard, oregano, thyme, ginger, minced garlic, cinnamon, and black pepper together and rub over lamb.
- Let set until ready to use. Meat should be room temp before cooking.
- Cook as your like. Bake, Broil, Grill, etc.
