Lamb Shish Kabob
Ingredients
2 lb. lamb kabobs
1 tablespoon oregano
2 cup red wine
3 lemons
8 small onions
8 small potatoes
1 small can ripe olives
Directions:
Soak lamb kabobs for six hours in 2 cups of red wine, juice of 1 lemon and a tablespoon of oregano.
In skewers, alternate thin lemon slices, cubes of meat, onions, tomatoes and olives.
