Tri-tip Steak

Ingredients

2 Tri-tip steaks
Garlic salt
Salt & Pepper

Serves 2

Directions:

Put these steaks on a outdoor grill with oak wood and cover and cook 1 hour.

Take out and slice at an angle.

Serve with red baked potatoes.
