T-Bone Steak
Ingredients
4 steaks
1 stick butter
2 teaspoon season salt
2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon meat tenderizer
1 small onion
1 small green pepper
Directions:
Oven 350 degrees.
Cut onion into rings. Slice green pepper, season meat with season salt, pepper, garlic and tenderizer.
Place in fry pan with butter. Cook 10 minutes on both sides.
Place onion, green pepper in pan. Cook until tender.
Serve sauce as gravy or dip for bread.
