Meatloaf

Pat’s Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. Ground beef
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1-2 tbsp. Dehydrated onion flakes
1 Egg
1 cup Bread crumbs
1 8-oz. Tomato sauce

Sauce:
1/4 cup Catsup
1-2 tbsp. Brown sugar
1-2 tbsp. Parsley flakes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Prep:
20 minutes

Cook:
45 minutes

Servings:
6-8

Directions:

Meatloaf:
Combine all ingredients. Shape into a loaf. Bake at 450 F for 45 minutes.

Sauce:
Combine all ingredients. Pour over meat loaf. Bake 10 minutes longer.
