Grass-fed Beef Recipe
Oxtail with Red Cabbage
Ingredients2 oxtails, cut in pieces
2 red cabbages, washed & quartered
2 onions, sliced
2 cloves of clove
Seasonings to taste
Directions:Put all ingredients in a kettle. Add just enough water to cover.
Place cover on kettle. Cook for about 50 minutes.
If water evaporates too quickly, add more boiling water periodically.
