Flat Iron Steak Marinade
Ingredients
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 dash salt
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together.
Pour over 1 lb of steak and marinade for at least 3 hours, turning each hour.
Grill over med-high about 6 minutes per side.
