Chicken and Gizzard Dressing


4 chicken breasts, skinned, coarsely ground
2 lbs. gizzards, coarsely ground
2 cups rice
3 large onions, chopped
10 cloves garlic, chopped
3/4 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion tops, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste


Cook meat about 30 minutes in small amount of corn oil. Add onions. Cook to brown onions and meat.

Add remaining ingredients.

Boil 2 cups of rice. Drain. Add rice to meat mixture and mix well.
