Steaks with Three-Herb Oil


Serves 2


1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
1 teaspoon chopped fresh Italian parsley
2 (14 ounce) Delmonico Steaks
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, chives and parsley. Set aside.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season both sides of steaks with salt and pepper; drizzle with Worcestershire sauce

Grill, covered with grill lid, 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Drizzle Herb Oil over steak right before serving.
