Cinnamon Steak Skewers (Primal Palate)



US Wellness Meats Grass-Fed Minute Steaks
1 tablespoon Late Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Chaffin Family Orchards
The juice of one lemon
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Rinse steaks under cool water and pat dry with a paper towel.
Pound the steaks with a meat mallet to help tenderize the meat.

Cut steaks into cubes and place in a gallon ziplock bag.

In a small mixing bowl whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, cinnamon, curry powder, ginger, salt and pepper.

Pour marinade over steaks, seal bag, and make sure that the steaks are evenly coated over the steaks.

Marinate up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.

Preheat grill to 500.

Skewer steaks onto wooden or metal skewers.

Grill skewers 8-10 minutes total. A quarter turn every two minutes.

Serve with your favorite green vegetable.
