Fried Liverwurst

Serves: 4




  1. Cut liverwurst into 16 flat pieces.

  2. Fry in butter until crispy—about ten to twelve minutes each side.

  3. Cut mushrooms into smaller pieces.

  4. Toss in a pan with the ¾ cup butter and Worcester and cook.

  5. Place liverwurst on plate and cover with mushroom sauce. Yum!
